We have a lot of recruiter friends. They help us in our own business and we rely on them to do a great job.
Recruiters are busy. They work long hours - in the office, at home and on the go. So we don't want to create a burden by having yet another system they need to login to. Plus IT projects are 💩 and we like to take the "Sh" out of them.
Complexity out. Recruiter Check in.
You get a unique email assigned like firstname.lastname@example.org - Just BCC that address when you are sending candidate CV(s) to your clients, that's it.
Works with all email clients such as Google Mail, Outlook, Apple Mail etc.
The system sifts through the attachment (Word or PDF for example) and picks out the candidate's email. A month after the system sends that candidate a "Would you recommend Recruitment Company XYZ to a friend or colleague?"
Of course we made sure that each candidate get's only one email asking for feedback.
